Im going to say that Weathertech will become offered from the factory as often as Brembo and Recaro. With our hands and attention being free then our car floors will be exactly like the carpet around the living room sofa. Also, autonomous cars give us the ability to have rotisserie ovens, microwaves, in floor coolers, panini presses... We’ll ask for cars that are more isolated and corner completely flat so that we can play Janga or Catan without any worry of a pothole throwing pieces into the panoramic roof. Hey, once you no longer need to watch the road won’t that glass roof option become a 100% take rate? Is in-car tanning a thing yet?

How many people have their house’s floors covered with ugly rubber mats? They are practical but if you think people are going to be paying more attention to interior aesthetics, I wouldn’t expect to see WeatherTech. Maybe some nice hardwood flooring.
Self driving taxis might be useful for them though, since I cannot begin to fathom the horrible things people will do to a car without someone there to keep an eye on them. Quick and easy cleaning is going to be a high priority.
Your other stuff seems more likely though...

The RV market will go through the roof, as old people decide to just never leave the roadway, slowly rolling from National monument to National monument, from the largest ball of twine to the biggest rocking chair. Just waiting for death, which has been postponed since they’re no longer driving.

You know what I realized about autonomous vehicles? People will have way more reason to have multiple cars. Going camping? Send your autonomous truck/van out there with all your gear first. Then ride along in your comfy people mover with all your friends behind it. Autonomous vans/RVs are going to be hugely popular.
Also, mountain biking shuttles are going to get a lot more common.

Perhaps windows and windscreens that can turn opaque during autonomous driving, for privacy. ;-)
and mini bars too!
